1ST CARE 4U offer national coverage with a local service; our Branch Managers build relationships with our clients to ensure we understand their requirements and how we can help meet them. From companionship to complex care services, our clients trust us to provide exceptional staff to the care sector. At 1ST CARE 4U, we understand the struggle when it comes to recruiting quality Nurses
Our specialist Nursing team has been created to support our Nurse recruitment. In addition to aiding recruitment, the Nursing team focuses on supporting our Nurses - we are equipped to support with and offer access to clinical update training from our friendly local branch network.
Healthcare Assistants
1ST CARE 4U recruit workers who are new to care work along with those with previous experience and provide them with free, quality training and support. Shadow shifts are offered to give workers practical experience in real-life environments, allowing them to develop the essential skills required for them to provide the excellent service that we expects.
Our fully accredited training programme means that we have oversight of what training is being delivered, when and how so that we can improve and develop where necessary. This means that our healthcare assistants are competent to work in a range of settings including nursing and care homes, mental health units, to ensure our high standards are being met.
